Our Church falls under the CopperBelt Central District , South West Zambia Conference of the 17th Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church and is headed by 121st Elected Bishop Paul Jones Kawimbe.The first Indigenious Zambian to hold the position in the history of the Church.
We are physically located in the City of Kitwe, in Kamitondo Township near Buchi Hall & Buchi Hotel.
Our Church was commissioned on 2nd September, 1962 by the Late JLC Membe.The current sitting capacity is 300, however, currently we have embarked on a Church Expansion Project which shall realise the capacity of 600.
We have finished the roof trusses and purlin installation and are now at Roofing Sheets procurement and installation stage.
We continue appealing for extra assistance to this noble cause either through Material, Financial or Spiritual means.

Lay Organisation is an autonomous body of the African Methodist Epsicopal Church whose membership is open to all Church members ( Laity )except the Clergy.Our Current membership stands at 78, of which 51 are gowned.
It's main objective is to ensure the Church Doctrine & Discipline are followed religiously.
The Church is pastored by Reverend Alick Mulapwa.
